Curlie added a new feature on our public pages; Sort...
It's a toggle on the right of each category page and so far has two positions:
Sort Alphabetically (this is how DMOZ/Curlie always sorted the listings, operates on the Title of the site)
Sort by Review Date (this new means of sorting places the most recently added listings at the top of the page)

DMOZ utilized various leveled philosophy conspire for sorting out site postings. Postings on a comparable point were assembled into classifications which at that point included littler classifications.
DMOZ shut on March 17, 2017, in light of the fact that AOL never again wished to help the venture. The site turned into a solitary point of arrival on that day, with connections to a static file of DMOZ, and to the DMOZ discourse gathering, where plans to rebrand and relaunch the catalog are being examined.

DMOZ was a multilingual open-content directory of World Wide Web links. The site and community who maintained it were also known as the Open Directory Project. It was owned by AOL but constructed and maintained by a community of volunteer editors. DMOZ used a hierarchical ontology scheme for organizing site listings.
